All are designed for long life and dependable service. Hoses are stocked in various lengths and can be customised to a maximum of 400 metres.
Hammelmann Australia cuts all of its Polyflex ultra high pressure hose in our workshop then assembles them with fittings to produce individual hoses of certified lengths. Each hose is then pressure tested in accordance with AS/NZS 4233.1:2013 and AS/NZS 4233.2:2013.
Various accessories are available for our hoses: Hose restraints, Hose protectors, Swivel connectors, Hose fittings, and Vacuum hose couplings.
To improve working safety standards we recommend you fit hose restraints between pressure discharge fitting and hose, at hose to hose connections and between the hose and jetting tool to prevent uncontrolled whiplashing and possible injury should the connection fail.
