These rotating heads are attached directly to a high pressure hose and used to clean various pipes, sewers and smoke stacks.

Features

Rotor Jet
Slow rotation. Rotation and forward motion effected by the reaction force of the water jets.

  • For pipe diameters: from 75 mm
  • Op. pressure: max. 1500 bar
  • Flow rate: max. 150 l/min

Rotor Jet
For cleaning pipes with extremely hard deposits. Rotation and forward motion effected by the reaction force of the water jets. A central swivelling pulling eye can be attached if necessary.

  • For pipe diameters: 100 - 300 mm
  • Op. pressures:1500 and 2500 bar
  • Flow rate: max. 50 l/min

Rotor jet with guide sledge
The sledge can be adjusted to fit various diameters of pipe. A swivelling pulling eye is fitted to the Rotor Jet.

  • For pipe diameters: 150 - 400 mm
  • Op. pressures: 1000 and 1500 bar
  • Flow rates: max. 180 l/min

Smoke stack internal cleaner
Water hydraulic powered.

  • For stack diameters: from 300 mm
  • Op. pressure: max. 1500 bar
  • Flow rate: max. 400 l/min

Rotor Jets for down hole regeneration
With radial and push nozzles in the rotating head and pull nozzles in the rear housing these Rotor Jets are used to regenerate well bores. They can be attached to coiled tubing for mechanical deployment. Application examples include removal of deposits in oil and gas well casings and general internal cleaning of pipe lines and tubular structures.

  • Op. pressure: max. 400 bar
  • Flow rate: max. 130 l/min
  • Rotation speed: 3000 r.p.m.
  • Diameters: 32, 40, 60, 70 mm
  • Connection thread: 1“ American MT and others available
