The 3XLTC with flexframe is Portable, Affordable, Safe and Easy to assemble!
Made from high quality materials, it will generate improved cleaning for a relatively small investment. It’s modular so it’s easy to dismantle and it can be used with a medium sized high pressure pump. The operator is able to operate the system for a safe working distance using the remote control.
It can be used vertically with additional free rolling cart, on finfan banks with optional C-clamps and with optional gun nozzle adaptor for hands free tube sheet and flange cleaning.

Standard Heavy duty rollers, for the rotation of the heat-exchangers, driven directly from the cabin of the inside bundle cleaner or the outside bundle cleaner. Consisting of 1 unit with driven rollers and 1 unit with non driven rollers (excluding power pack).
The rollers are driven by a hydraulic or pneumatic motor and can be connected to any powerpack. Due to its long length and its possibility to increase the distance between the rollers, they can be used for any bundle up to 30T.
The long length of the rollers makes it possible to support the bundle at the baffle plates, even when the baffle plates cover only half of the tubes. The chain which drives the rollers is positioned in such a way that the tube bundle can stick out in the front without touching the chain. The bearings fitted on each side of the rollers have a capacity of 50T each, to avoid bearing damage and they are well protected from any dirt coming inside.
The wall thickness of the rollers is 24 mm to avoid any damage on the rollers and because the hydraulic motor is fitted with a safety valve, which stops the bundle from rotating when the hydraulic pressure stops, it makes it a safe and reliable tool for any heat exchanger cleaning job.

Available in either 120kw or 170kw models, our trailers come complete with inbuilt fuel and header tanks and onboard prefilters.
Their compact design make them highly versatile, capable of being towed by many trucks, utes & 4WDs, reducing the need for, and cost of, a dedicated truck.
Optional features such as special lifting points, fire suppression systems and wiring and exhausts for hazardous environments, e.g. mine sites, can also be added.

Hammelmann’s Telematics enable permanent access to the operating parameter data of one or more high pressure pump unit(s) in the field wherever the location.
The telematics modules receive positional data from the GPS. These are transmitted at regular intervals to a cloud server and saved. The pump owner/operator can constantly track the position(s) of the unit(s).
